Most run a few weeks, depending on size and materials. You get a schedule before we start and regular updates as the work moves along.
Either works well. Acrylic is lower-maintenance and goes in faster; custom tile and marble give you a one-of-a-kind look. We install both and bring samples to the consult.
If the plumbing or electrical moves, the job needs a permit — and we pull it. We also take care of the HOA and condo paperwork when your community requires it.
If it's your only bathroom, we plan the schedule around that and keep the downtime as short as we can.
Not when it's built right. We waterproof behind the tile and vent the room properly, and if we uncover old water damage, we fix it before we rebuild.
It comes down to how you bathe. A curbless walk-in shower is easiest to step into and works with a seat or wheelchair; a walk-in tub is better if you love a deep soak. We install both and help you choose.
